The Sisters Project

Portraits I took of women and children at the Women's Daytime Drop-In Center in

Berkeley became the basis for My Sister, My Sister, a dramatic multimedia presentation

designed to raise community awareness about homelessness. The giant-size projected

photographs were accompanied by spoken poetry by the late Zelma Brown and read

by a cast of performers, the Shadow Voices.
